1. ⁠Scope

Applies to unutilized pre-funded balances in your LiquidCash wallet.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

• Refunds available only for unused funds.
• Minimum residual balance after commitments: ₹50,000.

3.⁠ ⁠Request Process

• Email your Account Manager or use the Dashboard’s Refund feature.
• Include Company Name, Wallet ID, and amount.
• We’ll validate and confirm the request.

4.⁠ ⁠Settlement Timeline

• Refunds processed within 10 minutes to 1 hour of confirmation (during business hours).
• Requests outside Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM IST, processed next business window.

5.⁠ Method

Refunds remitted to your registered bank account or digital wallet.

6.⁠ ⁠Fees

No processing fees; any intermediary charges borne by you.

7.⁠ ⁠Exceptions

• Funds under compliance review are temporarily held.
• Promotional balances may be subject to prorated adjustments.
